As a Service Delivery & Process Officer, you are the driving force behind our operational processes and sprints. You ensure that projects and daily workflows run smoothly and that teams can collaborate efficiently. This role is perfect for a detail-oriented professional who thrives on organizing, planning, and fostering seamless teamwork.

Your job as Service Delivery & Process Officer will be as follows:

  • Process Organization: Managing tickets from various sources (Product Owners, clients, and the PMO Office) and scheduling them within bi-weekly workflows.
  • Daily Progress Checks: Facilitating short, focused meetings to monitor task progress and remove obstacles.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensuring the quality of tickets, including accurate naming and complete descriptions.
  • Reporting and Support: Compiling reports and presentations to support the Product Owners.
  • Client Onboarding: Coordinating the onboarding process for new clients, including setting up documentation and user accounts.
  • Knowledge Management: Maintaining and updating the Knowledge Base for both internal and external processes.
  • Process Improvement: Continuously seeking ways to make workflows more efficient and effective.

Who are we looking for?

  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar role (e.g., in planning, process management, or agile environments).
  • Experience in organizing workflows and ticket management within an agile setting.
  • Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to motivate teams and identify obstacles.
  • Experience with tools such as HaloPSA or similar platforms is a plus.
  • Proactive and solution-oriented, with a passion for process improvement.
  • You have a bachelor’s degree.

We would like to welcome you to our office in Stekene (Waasland).  There is the possibility of working from home (1 or 2 days/week). Your daily schedule is entirely up to you.  Of course, this depends entirely on your schedule.  We organize a daily call of no more than 30 minutes so that you can find out what is on your and your colleagues’ minds today.  This is the ideal time to discuss open issues and ask questions to your colleagues.  Convenient, right?
