Evolane secures four-year collaboration with the Federal Pension Service
with Dynatrace’s support
Big news! Evolane, in partnership with Cronos Public Services, has won the Federal Pension Service (FPS) contract.
Over the next four years, we will be monitoring and optimizing applications like MyPension to enhance the user experience for both citizens and employees.

What is the purpose of this collaboration?
The Federal Pension Service has set clear ambitions: it aims to go beyond a simple technical upgrade. The goal is to create a work environment that boosts employee efficiency while enhancing ease of use for citizens. In addition to the Pension Service, eleven other government agencies, including the Federal Police, FPS Finance, and the National Institute for Health and Disability Insurance (RIZIV), will benefit from this collaboration by gaining access to the advanced Governance Cloud. The framework contract also supports smaller government agencies that lack large IT departments.
Dynatrace as the preferred monitoring platform
The Dynatrace monitoring platform was selected for both lots of the contract. Dynatrace provides detailed insights into the performance of applications and their infrastructure, enabling our IT consultants to address issues proactively. Additionally, the open-source platform Prometheus is being integrated, which expands the scope and speeds up the implementation.
