Account Manager

To expand our team, we are looking for an account manager.

What will you do as an account manager at Evolane?

  • You are responsible for generating new business opportunities, as well as maintaining and strengthening existing customer relationships.
  • Develop and manage a robust pipeline of leads and potential customers, guided by our sales strategy and objectives.
  • Coordinate and schedule appointments between (potential) clients and sales or technical teams.
  • Strengthen collaboration with internal teams to ensure sales targets are met.
  • Accurately identify customer needs and recommend IT solutions that exceed their expectations.
  • Maintain and develop sustainable, trust-based relationships with existing customers to ensure the continuity of business.
  • Continuously strive to enrich customer contacts to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.

What do we expect from you?

  • A proven sales track record of at least 3 years, with an emphasis on new business development and customer relationship management within the IT sector.
  • Having an affinity with security and/or monitoring is definitely a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills, customer-oriented thinking and acting, and a natural flair for building long-term business relationships.
  • Full proficiency in Dutch and French, with a very good command of English.
  • A team player with a passion for knowledge sharing and collaboration.
  • Familiarity with CRM software is a significant added value.
